A To Z Appliance Repair at 108 North Lynn Street, Urbana, Illinois.

We sold our home with washer and dryer included as part of our contract with buyers. 2 weeks before we are to close on the sale the washer stopped working. I called Dick Van Dyke and scheduled for them to repair it but they were booked up for several days and it would be later in the week before they would get to us. That was concerning to me due to the timing of our closing being so soon. I decided to give A to Z a call after seeing good ratings online. John was unable to answer my call but immediately texted me back to let me know he could be here next morning. I called DVD back to cancel appt. John showed up on time the next morning, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the parts. He came back 2 days later (on a Saturday) with parts to make repair. Unfortunately, he determined that another part was needed to make the repair and said he would be back in a couple days to finalize the repair. He assured me that not to worry. He would have our washer fixed well before our closing. Sure enough, 2 days later, his assistant showed up with part and fixed our washer. I highly recommend John and his team for quick and great customer service!!
